RTX 4090 vs. RX 6950 XT vs. 3090 Ti | Which is the Best buy?

Today we’re going to test the best-performing GPU right now, the GeForce RTX 4090 which costs about $2400 at the time of posting, although Nvidia announced a much cheaper price.
We will put it against the older RTX 3090 Ti and RX 6950 XT to see if those extra $ are worth the performance boost between those 3 GPUs.
We will use the same Hardware in testing and we will use DDR5 as it is the best performing.
